RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY
What if I want to return my Hush Buddy?
We try to make that easy, though we’d hate to see it happen! Our goal, after all, is to solve the problem you and your toddler have at bedtime.
You may return an item for 30 days after it arrives. The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories.
After 30 days, you may exchange a defective device for up to a year from purchase. More about that in the warranty section below.
How can I return an item?
You can begin by clicking HERE and filling our our return form. You’ll need your serial number from the bottom of Whisper, the Hush Buddy, or the box Whisper came in. From that, we’ll be able to verify your purchase and the date your shipment arrived, so you don’t need to sweat printing a receipt.
You’ll notice we have some questions for you on that form. We believe the best result for everyone is more sleep for your child—and you! So if you’ve struggled with the program, hopefully we can suggest some things that get you back on track to better bedtimes. It will also help us improve the program for other parents. But don’t worry. Once you press “submit” on that form, your place in line is set and the 30 day clock is paused. That way you can try some additional strategies we suggest without fear of missing your return window.
What is your warranty policy?
The Whisper, the Hush Buddy device and its components have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase, which we’ll verify from the serial number you find on the bottom of Whisper, the Hush Buddy, or the packaging.
How can I exchange a defective unit for another?
Begin an exchange by clicking HERE. You’ll just need the serial number found on the bottom or Whisper, the Hush Buddy to confirm your purchase date. That form will get the process started.
Who is responsible for shipping charges?
If you purchased your product directly from hushbuddysleep.com and you are returning an item that is defective or that was shipped incorrectly by Hush Buddy, we will pay for all shipping costs. If the return or exchange is not the result of an error by Hush Buddy, you will be responsible for shipping the returned item to our warehouse.
If you are returning a product for a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) is not refundable.
