We just recently had a small accident with him, the cord was broken when he fell, and after contacting the company they immediately sent out another cord. They were super quick to respond also. This went on for the first 5yrs of his life. Sometimes he would fall asleep around 11pm and wake up at 1 am and be up for the rest of the day. I was desperately looking for something to help my son that was medication. I saw whisper the hush buddy back when they first were raising money to produce this amazing device. I had to try it. Once my sons buddy (as he calls it) arrived I showed him it and we read the book. He was so excited because the book that comes with it made him feel special because his buddy picked him. We have used it every night. Once we got whisper the hush buddy my son started going to bed at a decent time and staying asleep or putting himself back to sleep without needing me to be right there with him. We unfortunately had issues and our hush buddy stopped glowing. This happened around 9 or 10pm on a Saturday night. I emailed support and they got back with me right away. They helped me that night. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until it was a Monday morning. Thank you so much to the hush buddy team for helping me work through this and for making my son smile again.

I am so glad we did. Whisper and the books about whisper and the weighted blanket were a huge success. He even asks me to hug whisper n his weighted blanket for extra hug support. Bedtime routine has improved tremendously. Even my 10 yr old is enjoying whisper. For my family, age was no barrier and sleep time much better

The Hush Buddy is perfect for my grandson. He would constantly want to get out of bed crying because he did not want to go to sleep. The Hush Buddy gives him the security and comfort to go to bed. We were on a trip to a family reunion, and me and my 3 year old flew in late. We arrived at a house he’d never been in before, filled with people he’d never met before, and it was now bedtime! Oh joy! A relative had a Hush Buddy light and book with him, and let us borrow it that night. Yes, my son cried, but only for literally a couple of minutes. He was out in about 10 minutes. The following nights were quiet right away. His grandma helped by treating Whisper (that’s the name of the light character) as a real person. When I started doing that, my son did too and it made a big difference. Whisper really came through for us!

Bedtime was a nightmare, and after he did fall asleep, he’d come into our room at 1:30 every morning. Sometimes I’d go to HIS room so I could sleep. With Whisper he was quiet at bedtime– I think the second night was when he really “got it”. Also we noticed that the 1:30AM waking has moved to 3:30. We’re hoping it stops entirely!
